Andrey Marochko, an officer of the People's Militia of the LPR, said earlier that civilians were being evacuated from Severodonetsk in small groups due to security threats.
He added that the delivery of humanitarian aid to the city is impossible due to the active phase of hostilities.
The LPR said that up to 1,000 civilians could be on the territory of the Azot plant in Severodonetsk.
