“The leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa will discuss the state of and prospects for multifaceted cooperation within the framework of the Five in the political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres,” the Kremlin’s website reports.
The parties will also consider topical international and regional topics.
Key agreements will be recorded in the final declaration of the summit.
Earlier, Putin spoke about a significant increase in Russian oil supplies to China and India.
