He was accused of assaulting a police officer.

Tried in immediate appearance, a 34-year-old man was sentenced on Tuesday in Paris to 12 months in prison with a warrant for hitting an agent of the anti-crime brigade on the head three days earlier.

The victim received a blow from a telescopic defense stick that his attacker had stolen, as well as numerous kicks and punches on the body.

Injured in the face, she was transported to Bichat hospital.

The official received a fifteen-day ITT after examination.

The policeman believed that evening that he was going to “stay there”.

As he patrols the Parisian ring road, he notices, near the Porte de Clichy, a white 208 driving at high speed, slaloming between the other vehicles.

The police decide to check his driver.

But the latter refuses to comply and flees in the direction of Saint-Ouen.

Arrived on Boulevard Victor Hugo, she lost control of her car and hit an anti-parking bollard.

She and her passenger rush out and flee behind the station.

A leak after a roadside check

The driver, a woman born in 2001 and originally from Haute-Savoie, was quickly arrested.

One of the policemen manages to catch up with his passenger.

But he then understands – too late – that he has fallen into a real “ambush”.

"I understand that he knew where he was going and where he wanted to take me," he says in his complaint consulted by

20 Minutes.

As he tries to handcuff the fugitive, he starts screaming: “Come help me!

Several men come to his contact so that he lets go of the one he is painfully trying to call out to.

They start beating him, trying to steal his gun, taking his radio so he can't call for backup.

The situation “is more than critical”.

The fugitive takes the opportunity to steal the truncheon from the policeman, who is trying to defend himself, and uses it to hit him on the head.

“I then fall to the ground and lose consciousness for a brief moment.

He opens his eyes again, sees the suspect running away, gets up and chases after him again.

A few moments later, he manages to catch up with him.

The man throws the truncheon at him, but does not hit him.

A fight then broke out between the two men.

Once on the ground, the official can finally handcuff the suspect.

Why did this man try to lose the police?

According to the victim agent, he got rid of a bag in his escape which was not found.
