In the region, the situation is more complicated: the towers are completely dismantled, as a result of which they have to be equipped practically from scratch, ”the agency’s interlocutor said. 

Earlier, the head of the Crimea on information policy, Oleg Kryuchkov, said that the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions had made the transition to Russian mobile communications and the Internet.
