13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia (“Refusal to localize user data”) in relation to the organizations Pinterest, Apple, Airbnb, UPC, are scheduled for consideration on June 28, ”RIA Novosti quotes the press service of the Tagansky Court. 

Also on June 28, the court will consider a protocol against Google for refusing to block falsely received personal data and a protocol against Internet Archive for not deleting prohibited data.

In May, Roskomnadzor drew up protocols against a number of Internet companies that did not localize databases in Russia.

Earlier, a world court in Moscow fined Google 15 million rubles for repeatedly refusing to localize users' personal data in Russia.

Also, for refusing to localize the personal data of users in Russia, the Likee social network was fined 1.5 million rubles.
