The National Rally passed a crucial milestone with the election of 89 deputies to the National Assembly.

The party thus becomes the first opposition party.

In political news where the Bourbon Palace will be fiercely scrutinized, there is an issue of credibility for Marine Le Pen's party.

This is the watchword of the executives of the National Rally (RN): to embody a firm but responsible opposition.

In particular, they promise to study the texts on a case-by-case basis.

The objective for the party to the flame is to show that this group of 89 deputies contains solid profiles, capable of embodying positions of responsibility.

Jordan Bardella, for example, has already cited a name for the prestigious presidency of the Finance Committee, which must go to a member of the opposition: Philippe Lottiaux, enarque and deputy for Var.

The RN wants to carry out "dignified" work

In the behavior of its new deputies also the National Rally wants to imprint a mark of seriousness.

Marine Le Pen declared it last week, during a press conference in support of the candidates from the east of France: "The culture packets of noodles and football t-shirts, no thank you. I leave that to François Ruffin and other zadists of France Insoumise. We must do our work as worthy MPs with dignity, do it while always thinking of the best interests of France and the French people."

Monday evening, Marine Le Pen brought together all the elected officials by videoconference to set the agenda for the next few days.

This Tuesday morning, the national authorities of the party meet and on Wednesday, the RN deputies will take up residence in the National Assembly, before a day of seminar Thursday.

One thing is certain: no room is left for improvisation.
