The case went up to Bonneville prosecutor Karline Bouisset.
In a press release published on Monday, she assures that the crow's information is false.
“The person concerned is totally unknown to justice and the police, having never been the subject of any conviction or even any questioning for any offense whatsoever.

The man targeted by the letters decided to file a complaint with the gendarmerie.
Investigators are trying to identify the author of the letters.
"Everything will be done to identify and prosecute the person who is guilty of writing these defamatory writings," confirmed the prosecution.
