He noted that the Kyiv regime in the Kharkiv region organized another provocation against the local population in order to accuse Russian units of "supposedly indiscriminate strikes against civilians, as well as creating conditions for their eviction from apartments and placing firing positions in empty premises."
According to him, for this purpose, Ukrainian units deployed an artillery battery in the Kharkiv region, which periodically shells residential areas of Kharkov.
“According to the instructions of the Kyiv authorities, it is planned to use Ukrainian and foreign journalists to prepare fake photo and video materials about the alleged “murders of civilians in the city by Russians,” Mizintsev said.
He added that these materials will be widely distributed by Western news agencies.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that in Nikolaev, Ukrainian special services organized the preparation of videos about private houses allegedly destroyed as a result of "shelling by the Russian Armed Forces" and about "local residents left homeless."
