The "Regulations" implement the party's organizational line in the new era, summarize practical experience, and clearly stipulate the applicable objects and circumstances, work measures, and disciplinary requirements for the management of leading cadres' spouses, children and their spouses in business-run enterprises. It is of great significance to prevent clean government risks from the source and promote the construction of leading cadres' family style.
The "Regulations" make it clear that the management of leading cadres' spouses, children and their spouses in business-run enterprises is mainly applicable to the management of party and government organs, mass organizations, enterprises and institutions at the bureau level and above the level of equivalent positions; Mainly invest in establishing enterprises, hold senior positions in private enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises, invest in and engage in private equity funds, and engage in paid social intermediary and legal services.
The "Regulations" put forward prohibition requirements for the spouses, children and their spouses of leading cadres at different levels and categories to run businesses and run enterprises. The higher the level of leading cadres, the stricter the requirements.
The "Regulations" require that when leading cadres report personal matters each year, they should truthfully report their spouses, children and their spouses' business-run enterprises, and the newly-created business-run enterprises after the annual centralized report should be reported in a timely manner.
Random inspections and key inspections shall be carried out on the reports of leading cadres. If it is found that the business-run enterprise violates the prohibition of business, the leading cadre shall be ordered to make an explanation, and the spouse, children and their spouses shall quit the business-run enterprise, or the leading cadre shall retire from the current position. , Accept the adjustment of the position, and give corresponding punishment to the leading cadres according to the situation.
Among them, the leading cadres to be promoted or further used shall be checked in combination with the "four musts" for the selection and appointment of cadres.
