Today, Sunday, the Saudi authorities announced the launch of the largest operational plan for the Hajj season, which it described as smart and exceptional, after the Corona pandemic.

This came during a press conference held by Saudi officials, in which the Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah and the Head of the Two Holy Mosques Affairs Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais participated, to announce the operational plan for the Hajj season 1443 AH.

Minister Al-Rabiah revealed his country's intention to gradually increase the number of pilgrims, according to health requirements to ensure their safety.

In turn, Al-Sudais said that the use of modern technology, new applications and artificial intelligence;

It is a prominent feature of this year's Hajj.

He added, "This is the largest operational plan for the Hajj season in history after the Corona pandemic, and it includes 10 axes, implemented by 10,000 male and female employees."

He continued by saying that 144 gates have been equipped to group pilgrims this year, and the courtyard of the Mataf is allocated to pilgrims only, with special chapels identified in the basement of the Mataf and the first and ground floors to perform the year of circumambulation.

And Saudi Arabia announced earlier, an increase in the number of people allowed to perform the Hajj rituals, after two years of closure restrictions due to the Corona pandemic, as it reached one million people from inside and outside the Kingdom.
