According to TASS, the message appears when you try to download a Windows 11 disk image (ISO) from the company's website.
"Error.
There was a problem with your request.
For assistance, please visit the Microsoft Support contact page.
It is noted that using VPN download occurs.
Similar problems appear when trying to download Windows 10.
"404 - File or Directory not found," a post on the company's website reads.
Microsoft TASS has not yet commented on the situation.
Earlier it was reported that the graphic design service Canva became unavailable in Russia.
Also, the Netflix streaming platform stopped working for users in the country without using VPN services.
