“Recently, another group of Ukrainian servicemen surrendered to the fighters of the Chechen special forces under the command of my dear brother, Hero of Russia Zamid Chalaev and the fighters of the LPR in the liberated village of Vrubovka,” he wrote.
Kadyrov added that all those who surrendered declare that they are treated with indifference by the command, and "this practice is becoming widespread."
Earlier, Kadyrov announced heavy losses among foreign mercenaries in Ukraine.
According to him, foreigners increasingly want to leave the war zone.
