• In the second round of the legislative elections, this Sunday, the far right, the Nupes and Together!

the nine constituencies of the Hérault were shared.

  • The far right and the left, which until then had only one Hérault seat in the National Assembly, won three constituencies each.

  • Together!, for its part, saves the furniture, with three seats.

Draw, in Hérault, between Together!, Nupes and the far right, this Sunday evening.

The three movements involved in the battle for the legislative elections each won three constituencies out of the nine in the department.

Note, the RN, alone, only won two, Emmanuelle Ménard, who retains her seat in Béziers, not wearing the Marine Le Pen party label.

But the deputy had no RN candidate, facing her, in the first round.

If it is indeed, this Sunday, a breakthrough for the far right and the left, which until then had only one seat in the department, the failure is heavy for the presidential majority, which saves the furniture, with three deputies.

Last Sunday, three outgoing macronists were eliminated.

Same thing for Jean-François Audrin (Together!), who succeeded Nicolas Démoulin (LREM), who did not represent himself.

In the 2nd constituency, Nupes wins, unsurprisingly

In the 1st constituency, Patricia Mirallès (Together!) is re-elected.

The outgoing MP gathers 52.55% of the vote, facing Julien Collet (Nupes).

In the 2nd constituency, in Montpellier, where the scores of La France insoumise have been the highest in France for years, Nupes largely won the ballot: Nathalie Oziol (Nupes) gathered 63.33% of the votes, well ahead of Annie Yague (Together!), ex-elected by Philippe Saurel (various left), the former mayor of the city.

Nupes wins the constituency of Lodève

In the 3rd constituency, where Coralie Dubost (LREM) was a deputy, it was Laurence Cristol (Together!) who won.

The mayor of Saint-Clément-de-Rivière gathers 53.10% of the votes, and eliminates Julia Mignacca (Nupes), the candidate of the united left.

In the 4th constituency, that of Lodève, Ganges, Gignac or Mèze, the candidate of Nupes, Sébastien Rome narrowly won the election, with 50.65% of the votes cast, ahead of Manon Bouquin (RN).

The outgoing deputy, Jean-François Eliaou (LREM), was eliminated in the first round last Sunday.

Emmanuelle Ménard wins by a wide margin in Béziers

In the 5th constituency, that of the Hérault hinterland (Clermont-l'Hérault, Saint-Pons-de-Thomières, La Salvetat-sur-Agout, etc.), it was an RN candidate who won the majority of the votes. : with 54.24%, Stéphanie Galzy (RN) eliminated the candidate of the united left, Pierre Polard (Nupes).

Between 2017 and 2022, Philippe Huppé (LREM) was the deputy for the constituency.

He was eliminated in the first round.

Unsurprisingly, in the 6th constituency, in Béziers, Emmanuelle Ménard (various right) retains her seat as an MP: she won 69.83% of the votes cast, well ahead of the Nupes candidate, Magali Crozier-Daniel.

In the constituency of Sète, the RN wins

In the 7th constituency, in Sète and Agde, whose outgoing deputy, Christophe Euzet (Together!) was released in the first round, it is the RN who wins.

Aurélien Lopez-Liguori won 59.19% of the vote, ahead of Gabriel Blasco (Nupes).

In the 8th constituency, the Nupes narrowly won: with 50.59% of the vote, Sylvain Carrière was slightly ahead of Cédric Delapierre (RN).

Finally, in the 9th constituency, that of Lunel, Patrick Vignal (Together!), figure Macronie, retains his seat as deputy.

The former elected representative of Montpellier gathered this Sunday evening 54.37% of the votes cast, eliminating Nadia Belaouni (Nupes).
