“An investigator of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Leninsky urban district of the Moscow region initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under part 4 of article 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia against a man born in 1981,” the police press release says.
The suspect was detained on suspicion of committing an accident in the village of Razvilka, as a result of which a girl born in 2010 died.
According to reports, the bus fatally hit a minor on a zebra and fled.
