She emphasized that institutions and employers are now allocating a large part of their budgets to purchase the latest technologies and smart systems specialized in monitoring and analyzing data.

The session, which was attended by the CEO of People Strong, Mrijanc Tripathi, explained that the analysis of talent data in any organization should focus on four aspects, including: “the recruitment process, learning and training in the organization, performance management, and succession planning.” Emphasizing that analyzing data related to the employment process in the institution will enable it to reallocate the budgets allocated for this purpose in a manner that meets its needs.
