“Against the background of the growing number of military failures of the Kyiv regime and massive daily losses in manpower and equipment, the flow of foreign mercenaries to Ukraine has not only decreased, but is actually turning in the opposite direction,” the Defense Ministry said.
Statements by the Ukrainian authorities about about 20,000 foreign mercenaries in Ukraine are a common lie, the department said.
The Ministry of Defense also reported that they record the stay in Ukraine of each foreign mercenary.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov, said that the Russian Armed Forces destroyed a large batch of Western weapons near the Udachnoye railway station in the DPR.
