On Sunday, the French are called to the polls for the second round of the legislative elections.

The situation of three ministers gives cold sweats within the government.

The Minister for Ecological Transition and candidate in the 6th constituency of Essonne, 

the Minister for Europe Clément Beaune (7th constituency of Paris) and the Minister of Public Service Stanislas Guérini (3rd constituency of Paris) are all three came second last Sunday.

Of the 18 constituencies, only two LR candidates from the capital qualified for the second round.

The RN in search of a group

In the second constituency of Nièvre, stronghold of François Mitterrand, the candidate of the National Rally is making a strong breakthrough.

The second round will be a triangular between the RN, the Nupes and Together!.

In the 8th constituency of Moselle, RN spokesperson Laurent Jacobelli, who came out on top in the first round with 35.2% of the vote, faces Nupes candidate Céline Léger (27.6%).

But the question of the Republican dam could change the future of this industrial district of Moselle.

With more than 39% of the votes in the first round, the RN is on track to win its first seat in Gironde near Blaye, in the 11th constituency.

Marine le Pen's spokesperson, Edwige Diaz, who came second in the regional elections last year in New Aquitaine, will compete for the seat of deputies against the outgoing LREM Véronique Hammerer, left behind in the first round with 23.7% of the vote.

A baker and a chambermaid in the Assembly?

Among the candidacies from civil society,
