“Information has been received about damage as a result of an improvised explosive device being dropped from a UAV of the VFU of the Nikitovsky penal colony in Gorlovka,” the DPR representative office in the JCCC said in a statement.
Prior to this, the Ukrainian military shelled a hospital in the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk.
Head Denis Pushilin reported on the shelling of Donetsk from six firing points.
According to Pushilin, Ukrainian troops are trying to pull up new equipment to strike at residential areas of DPR settlements.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the SPIEF, called the strikes on residential areas of Donetsk a crime against humanity.
