The incident took place around 3:30 p.m. Firefighters and a medical team from Samu 95 intervened at the scene of the incident to help the victim.
Despite their attempts to revive him, the young man was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation was opened by the gendarmes in order to determine the precise circumstances of the facts.
According to the first elements, relayed by our colleagues, the young worker and his colleague had installed a pulley system to be able to mount the container filled with cement.
But for a still unknown reason, their system allegedly gave way and the canister fell five meters before landing on the victim's head.
