Many parents of students at the elementary school Montbrillant, in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon, have been in shock for eight days.

According to

Le Progrès

, three complaints, including at least one for rape, have indeed been filed by parents of CP students.

The facts date back to June 9, when two children in this class allegedly attacked a third in the establishment's toilets.

The family of the young victim reportedly found an injury to the buttocks.

Two other students were reportedly forced to attend the scene, but none of them alerted an adult from the Montbrillant school that day.

A mother regrets "the absence of psychological care for children in a state of stress and disarray" for eight days.

Since this episode, there would have been no overall communication from the school or the National Education on the subject.

The departmental directorate of public security in the Rhône confirmed to Le

Progrès

that “complaints have been lodged” and that “an investigation is underway”.

The rectorate of Lyon speaks of “an incident between several students during the break” and ensures that “each family concerned was received by the school management as well as by the inspector of National Education of the district”.

"A pedagogical work is engaged within the school so that serenity returns", conclude the services of the rectorate.
