Difficult, when you live in a collective dwelling, to cultivate your small vegetable garden.

Difficult, but not impossible!

Valéry can testify to this, she whose small apartment is literally invaded by fruit and vegetable plants: "My two-room apartment is 36 m² and has a 4 m² balcony... and I have plants everywhere, in all the pieces !

she smiles.

"A pleasure that does not cost much"

Computer scientist, this young Parisian took up gardening for pleasure: "I was like everyone else, I liked plants but nothing more," she recalls.

I started growing geraniums and aromatic plants in window boxes, and then I added vegetable plants.

Then one day, I decided to grow something to eat”.

“Gardening allows you to refocus and settle down,” says Valéry.

And it doesn't cost much: “You can start a vegetable garden with not much, if you let your imagination run wild, if you recycle.

We can simply use pots of yoghurt, for example, or pots of fresh cream… We can also recover rolls of toilet paper etc”.
