“Our subdivisions managed and were able to gain a foothold on the territory of this enterprise,” he said.

According to him, the units are strengthening and creating a springboard for further liberation.

“There are civilians on the territory, and it is imperative to release them now, since they have been in bomb shelters for a long time without provisions, without water,” Marochko said.

He added that the situation at the enterprise is "extremely difficult."

Earlier, the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, said that units of the Lugansk People's Republic entered the territory of the Azot plant in Severodonetsk.

According to him, there are up to a thousand Ukrainian nationalists at the Azot chemical plant in Severodonetsk.
