According to him, the president set the task of updating the strategy for the development of the automotive industry in two months in order to determine support measures, including the next three years. 

“As for this year, a decision was made to allocate 20.7 billion rubles to support demand,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

Manturov clarified that we are talking about "the resumption of car loans - 10.2 billion rubles", also 4.9 billion rubles will be directed to preferential leasing, 2.6 billion rubles - to discounts on electric transport, and 3.3 billion rubles - to gas engine technology.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for all measures to be taken by the end of the year so that the situation in the automotive industry does not become an emergency.
