According to the Vecherne Novosti portal, a Volkswagen Passat crashed into a Škoda car at a traffic light at high speed.
Behind the wheel was a 20-year-old local resident.
According to unconfirmed information, the driver was intoxicated and under the influence of psychoactive substances.
“The girl died at the scene, her young man, who was driving their car, was seriously injured,” the message says.
The perpetrator was arrested.
In the Argentine city of Carmen de Areco in January, a Russian woman died as a result of a collision between a passenger bus and a truck, and 12 more people were injured.
The bus driver has been charged with causing death by negligence.
