Second trial for Angela Dobrowolski despite the wide judicial front that she has open with her ex-husband, the television producer and member of La Trinca Josep Maria Mainat.

At the beginning of July she will sit on the bench of the Criminal Court number 1 of Barcelona, accused of fraud along with a continued crime of falsehood in a commercial document and another of use of an authentic identity document for whom she is not legitimate.

For all of them, the Prosecutor's Office asks for a sentence of three years in prison and a fine of 3,600 euros.

Specifically, the Public Ministry accuses Dobrowolski of cashing two bank checks worth 4,100 euros from her ex-husband's account by falsifying the signature.

According to the indictment, Dobrowolski allegedly committed these crimes in August 2020, two months after the alleged attempted murder of her ex-husband by injecting him with insulin at the family home for which she is being prosecuted.

For this scam she was arrested for the second time by the Mossos d'Esquadra, although she was later released with charges.

The couple was in the process of divorcing in August 2020 when the defendant allegedly took a bank checkbook from her ex-partner that she found at the address that they had shared in Barcelona and filled out one of them, worth 1,200 euros, falsifying Mainat's firm and placing his sister as beneficiary.

The defendant went to cash the check at a bank branch located on Avenida República Argentina in Barcelona, displaying her sister's DNI and allegedly falsifying her signature on the back of the check.

The Prosecutor's Office also accuses her of fraudulently cashing another check with another 2,900 euros, also using her name and her sister's DNI.

On one of the occasions, the defendant went to cash the check at the bank with her face partially covered by a cap and glasses to avoid being recognized.

It will not be the only time that Angela Dobrowolski sits on the bench.

The Investigating Court number 32 of Barcelona processes her for an attempted murder and she also has an open case for having supposedly sent messages to Mainat's mobile to the prohibition of communicating with him.

A few months ago, he already accepted a sentence of 17 months in prison for the crimes of violating the precautionary measure and trespassing for trying to access Mainat's home in January of last year, climbing the wall, despite the fact that he was prohibited from approaching him.
