The head of the Pentagon called the meeting of the contact group on Ukraine "productive"

According to him, the talks of the contact group were "very productive."

“We also discussed how to further support Ukraine,” RIA Novosti quotes Austin as saying at a press conference following the third meeting of the contact group.

He noted that issues of medium-term and long-term support for Ukraine were discussed.

Earlier, Austin spoke out against the weakening of the supply of weapons to Kyiv, saying that "the stakes are too high."

He also believes that the supply of American multiple rocket launchers to Kyiv "will significantly strengthen the defense capabilities" of Ukraine.

The Kremlin drew attention to the fact that Ukraine currently has big problems, while the unwillingness of the Kyiv authorities to take a sober look at the situation does not bode well.
