Russian Investigative Committee charged with attempted murder of a DPR ensign to a sailor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

“On the eve of the investigation, investigators filed a formal charge against Evgan in the framework of a criminal case on illegal methods of warfare, initiated by the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

My client fully admits his guilt and repents of his deed, ”the lawyer of the accused told the agency.

During a confrontation with the victim, Evgan asked his forgiveness and cried, saying that he had committed an atrocious act. 

On June 14, it was reported that the Investigative Committee of Russia would give a legal assessment of the shelling of Donetsk, which killed seven people over the past 24 hours.
