Johnson expressed hope for progress on the issue of grain in the coming days

This is stated in a press release from the office of the British government following the conversation between Johnson and Zelensky.

It is noted that during the conversation they discussed the problem of Ukrainian grain exports. 

“As the prime minister said, he also hopes that progress can be made on this issue in the coming days,” TASS quoted the message as saying.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden said that the United States is working on a plan to export grain from Ukraine by rail with the creation of transshipment points at the border.
