　　Appoint Le Yu as deputy director of the State Administration of Radio and Television; appoint Zhang Biyong as president of Science and Technology Daily.

　　Le Yucheng was removed from the post of vice minister of foreign affairs; Qiu Qiwen was removed from the post of vice minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment; Hong Bin was removed from the post of deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; Tang Jun was removed from the post of deputy director of the State Administration for Market Regulation; Pei Jinjia's position as deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council; Zhao Changhua's position as deputy director of the National Immigration Administration (Entry-Exit Administration of the People's Republic of China) was removed.
