The military commandant of the Kherson region earlier ordered the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and persons equated to them in the region to hand over their weapons and register.
It was noted that those who fulfilled the requirements of the commandant's office would not be prosecuted, provided that they did not commit crimes.
