All the
communities
, except Asturias and the Canary Islands, continue to be on alert this Tuesday,
seven of them in orange
-Andalusia, Aragon, both Castillas, the Community of Madrid, Catalonia and Extremadura- due to temperatures of up to
43 degrees or more
, reports the Agency State Meteorology (Aemet).
Andalusia
has activated the orange warning (significant risk) in the provinces of Córdoba, Granada, Jaén and Seville for maximums between
40 and 43 degrees
and even some more punctual value, and yellow warning (risk) in the province of Huelva, Cádiz and Málaga due to
strong heat
that will rise to 38 degrees.
In the
Community of Madrid
, at the orange level, the maximum will range between
39 and 41 degrees
in the metropolitan area, Henares, south, Las Vegas and the west;
In the
Madrid mountains
there is a yellow warning for maximums close to 36 degrees.
Aragón
continues with an orange warning in the province of Zaragoza, where the thermometers will rise to
40 degrees
;
in the rest of the community the yellow alert predominates for values between 35 and 38 degrees.
Castilla y León
maintains an orange alert in the provinces of Ávila and Salamanca with maximums of
39 degrees
in the southern part of both provinces;
in the rest the
yellow level
persists for values that will oscillate between 34 and 38 degrees.
Castilla-La Mancha
maintains all the provinces, except Guadalajara, at
an orange level
due to intense heat, with maximum records that will range between
39-41 degrees
in areas of La Mancha, the Guadiana valley, the Tajo valley, Alcaráz, Segura, Hellín, Almansa and Montes de Toledo.
In
Extremadura
, daytime values will reach up to
42 degrees
in areas of Extremaduran Siberia, the Guadiana Valley and Barros, and between
39 and 41 degrees
in the Cáceres plateau, Montánchez, Vuilluercas, Tajo and Alagón.
In the east of the peninsula,
Catalonia
continues with an orange alert in the province of Lleida for maximums of
39 degrees
, punctually 39-40 degrees can be reached;
in the rest there is a yellow level for values between
35 and 36 degrees
.
In the
rest of the communities
, Cantabria, the Balearic Islands, Galicia, La Rioja, Navarra, the Basque Country, Murcia and the Valencian Community
, the yellow alert has been activated
for maximums between 39 and 34 degrees;
In addition, in Castilla y León, Catalonia, Aragón and La Rioja there is also a yellow warning for
storms
.
The
Aemet
warns that with the orange alert there is a significant meteorological risk and a certain degree of
danger for usual activities
, and with the yellow there is no meteorological risk for the population in general, although there is for
specific activities
