A bill was unanimously passed by the House of Councilors Cabinet Committee to provide a period during which contracts can be canceled unconditionally in order to prevent damage caused by being forced to appear in adult videos.

The bill is expected to be passed and passed at the House of Councilors plenary session on the 15th.

Six parties, including the Liberal Democratic Party and the Constitutional Democratic Party, have put together a report that the reduction in the adult age may increase the damage that new adults 18 and 19 will be forced to appear in adult videos. The bill was passed at the plenary session of the House of Representatives on the 27th of last month and sent to the House of Councilors.

Then, at the House of Councilors Cabinet Committee on the 14th, a vote was taken after explaining the purpose and asking questions, and it was unanimously approved.

The bill states that regardless of age or gender, the period required from the contract to the shooting is one month, and the period from the end of the shooting to the release is four months.

In addition, there is a period during which the contract can be canceled unconditionally, and the two years from the enforcement of the law will be two years from the announcement, and then one year from the announcement.

As the victim's support group points out that the bill will legalize the shooting of sexual activity, the committee will take all possible measures to prevent and remedy the damage and commit illegal acts to the government. Ancillary resolutions have also been adopted calling for acceptance and dissemination that it is not legalized.

The bill is expected to be passed and passed at the plenary session on the 15th.
