Two officers affiliated with the Dubai Cavalry Police Station were able to uncover a gang specialized in carrying out theft crimes after suspecting a car being driven by the accused, then tracked it down to arrest them, and seized the tools they had in their possession for theft crimes.
The Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al-Mansoori, praised the high security sense and the intelligence of the two officers, Captain Youssef Muhammad Al-Mulla, and First Lieutenant Ahmed Rashid Al-Kaabi from the rank of the Cavalry Police Station, who were able to spot the suspects and arrest them as soon as possible.
In detail, the Director of the Cavalry Police Station, Major General Muhammad Issa Al-Adab, said that the two officers suspected, during an inspection tour of the Rashidiya police station, a car that was moving in a suspicious manner. To carry the number of the plate placed on it and which is registered within the traffic system, indicating that they tried to stop the car, but the driver refused to comply with the orders and sped off.
Major General Al-Adab indicated that the two officers contacted the Command and Control Center and the car was circulated and followed up by the patrols until they were able to stop it and arrest 3 Asians on board, indicating that Dubai Police seized tools used in theft crimes in the Asians' car.
