It is specified that the Belgorod region began supplying electricity on May 8 to the Kharkiv region by connecting high-voltage lines in the Kupyansky, Dvurechansky and Velikoburluksky districts of the neighboring region.

“Power engineers have completed the task of providing electricity to the border areas of the Kharkiv region.

As a result, more than 400 thousand people were provided with electricity in Kupyansky, Volchansky, Borovsky, Shevchenkovsky, Izyumsky and Balakleysky districts,” the statement says.

According to the authorities, Belgorod power engineers built a 110 kV Nezhegol-Solnechnaya transmission line connecting the two power systems in a short time.
