As the eastern part of Ukraine continues to fight back and forth, the Black Sea is becoming more vigilant with the addition of new submarines loaded with cruise missiles to the Russian fleet.

On the 10th, British Defense Minister Wallace visited Ukraine, and President Zelensky expressed his hope for further expansion of military support.

The Russian army, which continues to attack in eastern Ukraine, sent ground troops to Severodonetsk in Luhansk Oblast on the 10th, but due to fierce resistance from the Ukrainian side, the offensive and defensive movements continue.

Governor Haidai of Luhansk Oblast posted on social media that "Severodonetsk is holding up. Russian troops are trying to destroy everything that blocks the way," accusing indiscriminate attacks on houses and the like.

A Ukrainian military spokesman said on the 10th, "Russia's Black Sea Fleet has a new submarine loaded with cruise missiles. Ukraine is under threat of being shot by as many as 40 cruise missiles." He is becoming more vigilant about the movement of the Russian Navy.

According to a spokesman, the Russian Navy continues to gain maritime dominance by blocking the navigation of Ukrainian vessels in the northwestern Black Sea and deploying landing craft used in landing operations. At the same time, it seems that the aim is to keep part of the Ukrainian army in the south.

Under these circumstances, British Defense Minister Wallace, who was visiting Ukraine, met with President Zelensky in the capital city of Kieu on the 10th.

According to the British Department of Defense, the talks agreed that the two countries would work more closely towards the common goal of liberation from the illegal occupation by Russia.

The United Kingdom announced this month that it will provide the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket system with a range of 80 km as additional military support to Ukraine.

President Zelensky posted on SNS that "Britain is demonstrating leadership in supporting Ukraine in the three areas of weapons, funding and sanctions. It is a country that always takes action on what it promises," and thanked him. He expressed his hope for further expansion of military support.
