Today, Friday, a news report revealed the opening of the first express bridge between Russia and China, linking the Russian cities of Blagoveshchensk and Hehe, China.
The Russian "Sputnik" news agency, which reported the report, stated that a number of senior Chinese and Russian officials participated in the opening ceremony, remotely.
Trade exchange between Russia and China in the period from January to April 2022 increased by 25.9 percent to reach $51 billion, compared to the same period last year.
China's exports to Russia increased by 11.3 percent on an annual basis, reaching $20.24 billion, while Russia's exports to China rose by 37.8 percent to $30.85 billion.
Last year, trade exchange between the two countries increased by 35.8 percent to reach a record level, which settled at 146.87 billion dollars.
