On June 9, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov stated that "the situation at the front is difficult."

According to him, Kyiv loses "up to a hundred" soldiers per day killed and up to 500 wounded.

According to RIA Novosti, Podolyak said on the same day that "the losses of the Ukrainian military now range from 100 to 200 people every day."

He noted that "this is the largest estimate of the number of dead military personnel."

Earlier, British mercenary Aiden Eslin told RT correspondent Roman Kosarev that he considers the level of training of the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be low.
