Members of the Proud Boys organization are central to the hearing on the storming of the Capitol in Washington.

Proud Boys started as a group of men who drank and talked about the situation in the United States in a podcast run by Gavin McInnes - one of the founders of Vice magazine.

The group, the founder and 358 other related accounts have since been shut down from Facebook and Instagram.

The current leader has been jailed for setting fire to a Black Lives Matter banner, and in Canada the organization is classified as terrorist.

The video discusses Proud Boys' history up to today.
