Astrakhan and the Turkmen city of Turkmenbashi established sister city ties

Earlier it became known that at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin, the leader of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, would visit Russia.

This will be his first official foreign visit since taking office.

On March 19, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who won the presidential election, took office as president of Turkmenistan.
