Kuznetsov added that such behavior of the Ukrainian side irritates most of the other member countries of the organization, in addition to a smile.
Earlier, at a press conference following the talks between Russian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu, a journalist from Ukraine said that Russia was allegedly stealing grain and other Ukrainian goods.
The Russian minister denied the allegations and said that Russia does not put obstacles to the free transportation of grain to destinations.
