“According to the available reliable information, in Severodonetsk, Lugansk People’s Republic, on the territory of the Azot plant, militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine forcibly keep hundreds of residents of the city and employees of the enterprise in the underground facilities of the plant,” he said.
He also added that the nationalists mined containers with chemically dangerous substances: nitric acid, ammonia, ammonium nitrate.
They plan to blow them up as they retreat.
Earlier, Mizintsev said that the Kyiv authorities ordered the Armed Forces of Ukraine to mine containers with saltpeter and nitric acid with a total mass of more than 100 tons at an enterprise in Severodonetsk.
