The head of the NCUO warned Western countries, as well as international organizations, that these and other similar provocations by the Ukrainian authorities about the alleged atrocities of the Russians would soon be widely disseminated through the Western media and on various Internet resources.
Earlier, Mizintsev said that Ukrainian militants were holding hundreds of civilians in Severodonetsk at the local Azot plant.
In the same place, they mined containers with chemically hazardous substances: nitric acid, ammonia, ammonium nitrate, in order to blow them up during the retreat.
