He stressed that the service does not include emergency cases, during which no medical prescriptions are provided, and is limited only to providing advice and medical advice, to enable the patient to take the appropriate step and go to the appropriate medical specialty.

He pointed out that the targeted patients have chronic and acute diseases, and mental health, while the focus is on educational and preventive aspects in the first place, and any patient residing in the country can benefit from the service by communicating through the specified number “
