[Explanation] Want Want Group's "landing" 30th anniversary celebration was held in Chengdu on June 8.

Founded in 1962, Want Want Group set up its first factory in mainland China in 1992.

After 30 years of development, Want Want Group now has more than 100 factories in mainland China, with an annual output value of over 22 billion yuan.

Lin Guodong, the general manager of Want Want Group's Chengdu factory, told reporters that he came to work in the mainland in 1996 and worked in Zhejiang, Xinjiang, Hubei and other places successively, and he also witnessed the rapid development of the mainland.

Lin Guodong specifically mentioned that, as a Taiwanese-funded enterprise that has been rooted in Chengdu for many years, Want Want Group's Chengdu General Factory has enjoyed a lot of Taiwan-friendly policies in recent years, which has further boosted the development of the enterprise.

Starting from the production of a "small steamed bun" line, the annual output value was 10 million at that time, and it has been developed for 28 years. Now the annual output value is 1.2 billion, so the overall development prospects are still very good. Of course, the most important thing is that there is government support. And some support from consumers and friends in the entire market, so it can develop so well.

What we enjoy here (in the mainland) is the policy of developing the western region and some policies of (research and development) super deduction, which of course have brought a lot of good development momentum to the enterprise.

Especially during the epidemic, there are also many preferential policies. I think these are some very good support and assistance for enterprises.

[Explanation] The development of Want Want Group in the mainland has also led a group of Taiwanese youth to "land".

Su Yuxiang, 30, is from Kaohsiung and came to work in the mainland after graduating from graduate school.

In Su Yuxiang's view, the greater benefit of coming to the mainland for development is that he has met many friends and broadened his horizons. At the same time, he suggested that Taiwanese youths should go to the mainland to find more suitable development opportunities.

(Mainland) Whether it is the convenience of transportation, the friendliness of everyone, and the level of education, I actually feel that it is actually very good. In fact, it is not as one-sided as the (mainland information) I saw on the Internet before.

After all, because the stage and platform on the mainland is really big, and if you have the opportunity to come here, you can actually make a foray, and then by getting to know different people, you can further develop your future "territory".

[Explanation] Over the years, with the continuous economic and social development of the mainland, many Taiwanese companies have actively adapted and integrated into the mainland's super-large domestic demand market and stable development environment, increased investment in product research and development, and achieved new development.

Lin Guodong said that the live broadcast and short video industries in the mainland are developing rapidly, and companies are making timely adjustments to actively adapt to changes in the mainland market.

Then I'll give a small example. It's like I'm on the (mainland) side. In fact, I've never brought money with me when I go out. Basically, I traveled all over the country (with a) mobile phone.

The development of the (mainland) media is indeed at a very high level in the world. (Taiwanese companies) still have their own ideas and practices to adapt to the changes in the entire (mainland) market.
