Briton Pinner pleaded guilty to acts of forcible seizure of power in the DPR

323 of the Criminal Code of the DPR on the forcible seizure of power is the death penalty with confiscation of property.

Earlier, mercenaries from the UK and Morocco partially pleaded guilty in the DPR court.

At the end of April, the DPR General Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case against the mercenaries.

At the end of May, the investigation of the case was completed.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office of the DPR, according to the results of the trial, the mercenaries may be sentenced to death.
