"President Biden will travel to Elmau Castle in southern Germany on June 25 to attend the G7 leaders' summit," the White House press office said in a statement.
It is noted that the G7 summit will condemn support for Ukraine, infrastructure development, climate, health care, crises in the food and energy sectors.
At the NATO summit in Madrid, leaders will discuss a new strategic concept for the alliance.
On June 4, NHK announced that Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida would consider attending the NATO summit in Madrid.
