The Annecy prosecutor's office (Haute-Savoie) opened a judicial investigation in early April after a gang rape committed in the Perrier district of Annemasse in March.

the victim is a 14-year-old girl.
The victim was allegedly blackmailed on video by a boy she had fallen in love with.
She would then have been raped, on several occasions, by eight young minors, in a room in the neighborhood.
These teenagers, who would be aged 12 to 15, were brought before the court.
Indictments
According to France Bleu Pays de Savoie, four suspects have been indicted and placed under judicial control.
"The facts are disputed," said Annecy prosecutor Line Bonnet-Mathis.
Investigators from the Annecy judicial police are continuing their investigations to shed light on this case, which is considered to be very sensitive.
