The rainy disturbance that arrived in Brittany on Tuesday will circulate fairly quickly on Wednesday over three quarters of the country, according to Météo-France forecasts.

The disturbance will extend from Hauts-de-France to the north of the Massif Central and to the Gironde in the early morning then over the eastern third and, to a lesser extent, over the South-West.

These regions will receive a good watering at midday, before the evacuation of the rains by the eastern borders in the afternoon.

Ahead of the disturbance in the morning, from the Pyrenees to the Rhône valley and the Grand Est, the sky will already be covered with many clouds, while at the rear on the north-west quarter, small showers will already be present under a variable sky.

Good rains replaced by showers

These good rains will be quickly replaced by showers.

On a north-eastern third and up to the Paris Basin and north of the Pays-de-la-Loire, they will even be quite frequent or even stormy and sometimes accompanied by gusts under thunderstorms up to 60-70 km / h.

The west to southwest wind will also rise on the Channel coasts with gusts up to 60-70 km / h.

The Mediterranean arc will remain spared, at the cost of a west to northwest wind which will reach up to 70 km / h.

However, the sky will be densely clouded.

At daybreak, temperatures will often be between 11 and 15 degrees, locally 16 in the southwest and 17 to 20 degrees near the Mediterranean.

The maximum will reach 17 to 22 degrees in general and up to 25 to 30 degrees from the middle Rhône valley to the Mediterranean borders.
