The reason why the students became ill is suspected to be the lunch they were served during the student day.
- We ate chicken and potatoes.
Since there are over 30 people who have become ill at the same time, we think the food was bad.
We did not notice anything then, but in the pictures the chicken looks quite raw, says Adrian Dubois.
"Under investigation"
SVT has been in contact with Linda Gagner, principal at Höbergsskolan in Tierp.
She regrets what happened and says that the case is under investigation.
- It is very sad what happened when the student day was otherwise successful.
We have made a report according to the municipality's routines in case of suspicion of possible food poisoning, she tells SVT.
