[Explanation] The first touring exhibition on both sides of the 13th Cross-Strait Children's Art Exhibition held in Fuzhou attracted many citizens to visit the exhibition.
The 280 outstanding children's works from both sides of the Taiwan Strait show children's different understandings of "home".
Teng Yongqing is a Taiwan compatriot who works in Fuzhou. In this exhibition, his three sons and daughters all have their works selected. The children used brushes to draw scenes of Fuzhou's special food and rural life.
A few days ago, the reporter visited Teng Yongqing and his three children in Fuzhou.
[Explanation] In July 2021, Fuzhou issued the "Implementation Plan on Housing Security for Taiwan Compatriots in Rong Employment and Entrepreneurship (Trial)". Those who meet the relevant conditions can apply for affordable housing and enjoy rental standards, 30% off the market price.
On January 18 this year, the first batch of 72 Taiwanese compatriots from 45 households who worked and started businesses in Fuzhou chose their favorite housing. Teng Yongqing was one of them. He chose a three-bedroom apartment.

The mainland cares for Taiwan compatriots in every possible way. The environment is very good in all aspects. The location here is very good, and to be honest, it is much cheaper. I have also asked the nearby ones, and it is almost more than 4,000. Then we are only now. You can take it down for about 1000. I am very happy to live in such a good environment.
[Explanation] In 2014, Teng Yongqing came to Fuzhou from Taiwan to work in the ocean fishing industry.
In his view, the mainland has huge potential for development in industry, technology, medical care, economy and trade, etc., and the mainland has introduced a series of policies and measures that benefit Taiwan compatriots, all of which have brought a lot of benefits and convenience to Taiwan compatriots taking root in the mainland. .

The "Salary Express" launched by the (Xiamen) Bank is a very convenient service. For example, if our salary income in the mainland is deposited in this bank, then if we go to any bank in Taiwan, we can get the money without having to pay. Fees or something, very convenient.
To be honest, the mainland's economy has soared rapidly, and there are more entrepreneurial opportunities. If you want to start a business in Taiwan or the mainland, I will choose to start a business in the mainland.

The three brothers and sisters all like to paint, and in their spare time, they often get together to create together.
In this Cross-Strait Children's Art Exhibition, the three brothers and sisters presented every wonderful story about "home" with their own growth experiences and memories.

I want to use the form of painting to let more Taiwanese young friends come to understand the food culture and customs of Fuzhou, and to build a bridge in the form of calligraphy and painting can allow the young people on both sides of the strait to have more exchanges.
